  • A technical issue occurred on our side, resulting in a significant quality issue.

Please note: Refunds are not available for issues caused by improper use, heat pressing errors, or design errors uploaded by the customer.

We understand that sometimes issues may arise during the printing or pressing process. In these cases, we offer free reprints for qualifying orders:

  • The printed design was missing elements or colors.

  • The transfer is damaged or unusable due to a production error.

Reprint Process:
